shrimp (peeled, boiled and chopped) *
1/2 cup
water chestnuts (diced)1/2 cup bean sprouts (ends removed and diced)
1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup green onions (diced)
1 cup green olives with pimentos (diced)
1 cup black olives (diced)
Handful of bean sprouts (end removed) for garnish
Whole green olives for garnish
Black pepper for garnish
3/4 cup
olive oil
1/4 cup rice
wine vinegar2 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Original Blend Cajun Seasoning
dash of sea salt and white pepper
12 wonton
wrappers (cut in half for triangles shape)
